HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST TRAINEE, NHCC - County of Nassau New York : Job Details

Under direct supervision, receives training in the preparing and processing a variety of specialized documents and personnel actions in support of a Human Resources Department in the Nassau County Medical Center; performs related duties as required. This is a competitive class trainee position. The period of trainee service shall be at least one year and not more than two years from the date of appointment from an appropriate eligible list, the service to be of such length as to satisfy the training and experience requirements for Human Resources Analyst, NHCC. Upon the satisfactory completion of the designated trainee service, which also serves as the probationary period, a Human Resources Analyst Trainee, NHCC shall obtain permanent status as a Human Resources Analyst, NHCC.
