If you're interested in joining an established and growing company with opportunities for career advancement, we encourage you to apply and grow with us!Duties and ResponsibilitiesPayroll Support: Collecting and verifying timekeeping records, assisting with payroll processing, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.Recruitment Support: Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.Onboarding: Helping new hires complete paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documents are collected and filed.Employee Records Management: Updating and maintaining employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.Benefits Administration: Assisting employees with benefits enrollment, answering questions about benefits programs, and processing benefit-related paperwork.Training and Development: Coordinating training sessions and workshops, scheduling training sessions, and tracking employee training progress.HR Communication: Assisting with internal HR communications, such as distributing memos, policy updates, and newsletters.Compliance Assistance: Ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations and assisting with compliance-related tasks such as EEO reporting.General Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.Perform other related duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director.ExperienceThree or more years of experience in human resources and payroll administration.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
