Duties include:

• When a New Employee Orientation (NEO) class starts, this resource will pick them up in lobby, give tour of building, set them up with equipment (IT will be there to answer technical questions).
• Monitoring class during licensing exams and NEO
• Taking attendance and timesheets
• Ensure class participation
• Tracking/reporting test results
