Job Title: HR Admin Assistant
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Marlborough, MA 01752
Hybrid - 3 days onsite (flexible)
Responsibilities:
- The HR Assistant provides administrative support for talent development programs and the launch of a new development platform.
- Talent Development Program Support
- Coordinate with vendors to set up program cohorts
- Share rosters with vendors for upcoming sessions
- Send calendar invites for classes and leadership discussions
- Send weekly communications to participants
- Track pre-work completion and send reminders
- Create quarterly reports and update dashboards
- Submit attendance for recording in myLearning
- Coordinate digital badge and license process with vendors
- Assist with participant queries
- Development Platform Launch Support:
- Perform data clean-up to assist with transition to new platform
- Administer license management process and track usage
- Assist with content creation as needed
- Provide testing support
Education/Experience:
- HS Degree required
- 2+ administrative experience
- Minimum to intermediate expertise working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- SuccessFactors experience
- Experience with SharePoint and web-conferencing systems
- Very strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
