Human Resources Assistant - Winston Staffing : Job Details

Established New Jersey Service firm has immediate need for a HR assistant as addition to staff due to growth. Will support the HR manager with all aspects of recruitment, on boarding and payroll. All HR functions are tracked with their ATS system from application to background checks, to payroll. Any experience with Paycom a plus, but will cross train with any similar ATS software. Will assist with workers comp. claims, FMLA requests and payroll. 2+ years related HR experience
