Nature of WorkIn the Department of Human Services, under general supervision, this position acts as the Human Resources Coordinator for one of three regions in the Bureau for Family Assistance. The Human Resources Associate will be the primary contact for all HR field representatives in the regionand will review, process, and monitor all transactions for hiring, transfers, leaves of absence, leave returns, reallocations, and separations. This position will review Human Resources documents submitted by the districts for accuracy, while preparing and reviewing forms for human resources, payroll, benefits, FMLA, and WV Cares.
