The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Human Resources Associate for the Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center located in Anna, Illinois to perform specialized paraprofessional human resource activities in the Personnel Office. Maintains updated LOA (Leaves of Absence) report in an electronic spreadsheet. Maintains files and documentation of employees leaves of absences. Processes personnel transactions and group insurance program forms. Interprets personnel Rules, department rules, regulations, policies, Pay Plan, and contract agreements. Essential Functions Performs specialized paraprofessional human resource activities in the Personnel Office at Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center. Updates computerized performance evaluation system and forwards monthly notification of due dates to management staff. Processes personnel transactions.
