Role Overview:
As an HRBP, you will be a key partner to business leaders and managers, helping drive human resources strategies that align with the company's goals and values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has experience working in multicultural settings. You will play an essential part in supporting our growth across the U.S., bridging the cultural gap between our teams in China and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.Provide guidance and support on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Help implement HR policies and practices that align with the global culture of the company, ensuring they are effective in both U.S. and Chinese teams.Support recruitment efforts for Chinese-speaking talent and work to retain key employees within the organization.Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on complex employee relations issues and provide coaching on conflict resolution and performance management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster an inclusive, innovative, and high-performance work environment across U.S. offices.Lead employee engagement and cultural integration programs, particularly for Chinese-speaking employees and teams.Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for all employees.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.5+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a global or e-commerce business.Must have valid U.S. work authorization and the ability to work legally in the U.S.Proven ability to work across multicultural teams, especially with a focus on Chinese and U.S. work cultures.Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is required.Strong knowledge of U.S. and Chinese HR practices, employment laws, and policies.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to build relationships across teams.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or luxury sectors.Familiarity with HR technologies and tools used in both U.S. and Chinese markets.Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in HR) or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Why Join Us?
