Strategic HR Business Partner

What You'll Do:
As a key liaison between senior leadership and HR functions (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management), you'll:
- Drive Strategy: Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to design and execute HR policies and procedures that support long-term business objectives.
- Champion Change: Challenge the status quo to enhance productivity, morale, and retention, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Partner & Coach: Guide and mentor senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness and support organizational development initiatives.
- Facilitate Talent Planning: Lead talent management and succession planning efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Enhance Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Measure Success: Analyze HR program effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals and recognize opportunities for improvement.
- Leadership & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust, influence change, and inspire action across diverse teams.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to devise creative solutions in complex situations.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Vision & Execution: Forward-thinking approach with the ability to execute strategies that align with long-term goals.
