What You'll Do:

• Build strong relationships with managers and employees, offering guidance on HR matters to create a supportive and productive environment.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, making a real impact on the organization's success.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees, supporting career growth and performance excellence.
• Analyze workforce trends and HR data to recommend innovative solutions that drive positive change.
• Lead employee relations efforts, helping to resolve conflicts and build a collaborative, respectful workplace.
• Oversee the recruitment process to ensure we're bringing in the best talent and setting them up for success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for labor relations, fostering effective communication and collaboration with union representatives.
• Stay ahead of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and fostering fairness across the organization.
• Contribute to succession planning and talent management strategies to help our organization grow and succeed.

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification like SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus).
• At least 5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting.
• A natural ability to build trust and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to navigate tough conversations with empathy.
• A commitment to handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
