Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, retention, performance management, coaching, and learning and development. Partner effectively with other HR functions, including talent acquisition and HR data analytics. Support HR leadership to determine and implement innovative and sustainable HR policies and practices. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our employee experience, exercising good judgment in all interactions with employees and managers. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and company policies. Some travel will be required to support employees and initiatives across various locations. Experience & Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience preferred in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, coaching, learning & development. Experience coaching employees and managers. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus. Danforth offers a competitive benefits package for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, 401(k), with company match, and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The estimated compensation range for this role is $65,000-$85,000. This range is based on several factors, including individual education, qualifications, training, prior work experience, and work location. John W.
