**Human Resources Coordinator**

You will provide human resources support at the facility level for all employees.

You will join an experienced, hard-working team that values communication and strong teamwork abilities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor applicant flow daily in the applicant tracking system and/or work with recruiter assigned to the position(s).

+ Update applicants daily in the applicant in tracking system

+ Assists Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning

+ Complete employment process for new hires E.g. I-9, tax forms, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen scheduling

+ Schedule and assists with new hire orientation

+ Ensure Employee Problem Resolution Process is being followed and report results

+ Complete injury reports

+ Complete benefit enrollment and follow ups

+ Maintain up-to-date files for employment documents

**Education and/or Experience**

+ Minimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager capacity, or

+ Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources

+ Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting
