Bachelor's Degree of equivalent professional experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills and experience Demonstrated success in providing high levels of customer service Ability to plan, organize, complete assigned work in a timely manner Ability to analyze and solve problems in a quick and accurate manner Proficient in data entry/management and accurate record keeping Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks Experience working effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools Experience in an urban school district, preferred General knowledge of employment law and regulations, preferred Ability to analyze and communicate analysis of data, preferred Computer literacy (including HR management systems and Internet applications), preferred Willingness to take on leadership role and go the extra mile Bilingual, preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with staff, students, parents, administrators and the community Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract Initiator: Susette Chavez
