This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR processes, employee support, and compliance with company policiesWhy join us?Strong Compensation PackageExcellent BenefitsCareer GrowthJob DetailsResponsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requestsand issues.Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, and maintainingcommunication with job applicants.Facilitate onboarding of new hires, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training, to create a positive first experience for employees.Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation for all employees.Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans, and manage related employee communication.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsand regulations.Support the performance management process, coordinating reviews, and tracking employee progress.Participate in HR projects, such as HRIS implementation, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate employee recognition programs and events to promote a positive work environment.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for understanding and explaining complex information.Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with a commitment to stay updated on recent changes in the field.Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus and a team-oriented approach.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and a flexible approach.Interested in hearing more?
