Role: Human Resources Coordinator - Full time Location: Decatur, Illinois and Birmingham, Alabama EDUCATION: An Associate's degree in Human Resources or other related fields is preferred. EXPERIENCE: - A minimum of 3 to 5 years of pertinent HR background is required. - Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential. - Robust focus on detail and adept time management abilities are necessary. - Previous involvement in managing and communicating benefit schemes is valued. - Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel is expected. - Familiarity/Experience with ADP HRIS and Krono's software is advantageous.
