Human Resources Coordinator - CBIZ : Job Details

CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is assisting our growing client in their search for an HR Coordinator role in Streetsboro, OH

Position Summary

• Full scale recruiting from developing job descriptions, posting jobs, organizing networking and outreach, guiding interview and selection process, issuing approved offers, facilitate post-hire testing and onboarding.
• Employee relations and leadership support.
• Assist employees with benefits questions, enrollment and open enrollment.
• Monitor benefits enrollment and HR billing for benefits or other services.
• Manage temp hiring, including working with staffing agencies, negotiating pricing, and tracking assignments.
• Oversee timekeeping and attendance policies, including tracking, approvals, and corrective actions.
• Serve as co-chair of Safety Committee, develop, coordinate, deliver and track safety training.
• Maintain OSHA logs and manage safety incident documentation, response and reporting.
• Help coordinate company events, company communications, morale and wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
• Maintain training database to track all training and send notifications of training required.
• Maintain employee files and HR records.
• Lead workplace investigations.
• Coordinate programs with 3rd party providers.
• Continuously improve HR processes to serve company needs and incorporate best practices and legal updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of HR experience or related administrative experience.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Paycor is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
