Skilled Healthcare Facility -
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic human resources director to join our healthcare facility!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all personnel files in compliance with the legal requirements, keeping them up to date with any changes
- Processes employee disciplinary actions
- Assist in the hiring process by prcoessing background checks, drug tests and checking references
- Responsible for new hire orientation
- Prepare payroll for processing
- Assist all employees with general questions regarding payroll, benefits, FMLA, workmans comp etc
- Close communication with the staffing coordinator for any changes in staffing needs as they occur

Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of computer software
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Certifications such as SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) preferred
- 3+ years of human resources experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
