Job Summary:

As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the company globally. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing and maintaining HR systems, policies and procedures, managing employee relations, talent acquisition, instituting performance management, training and development, and ensuring legal compliance. Your primary focus will be to create and maintain a supportive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's goals and values in partnership with the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR systems, policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices are in place.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote professional growth.
  • Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases within our HRIS.
  • Monitor, manage and document employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Stay abreast of changes in international employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR policies and practices are being followed consistently and effectively.
  • Provide support and guidance on organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equal opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a solid understanding of international HR practices and employment laws.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR software applications (Paylocity, Lattice).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $135K-$150K based on experience + bonus program
