Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000

About the Role:

As the Director of Human Resources, you'll report directly to the Executive Leadership team and oversee all HR functions for our luxury hotel. You'll lead a talented HR Manager and be responsible for hiring an additional HR Coordinator to complete your dynamic team. Your mission will be to foster a culture of excellence, support staff development, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel's overall business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a strong and motivated workforce.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Handle performance management, training, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with department leaders to support their teams and drive operational success.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee recognition programs.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Skills: Strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and organizational development.
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and build cohesive teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
• Qualities: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
