We're seeking candidates for a Bilingual HR Generalist role. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $20.00-30.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!

What the Bilingual HR Generalist will do:

  • Source, recruit, and interview applicants
  • Screen and onboard selected candidates
  • Lead New Hire Orientation meetings
  • Schedule and attend career fairs to generate qualified candidates
  • Provide company information and job opportunities to potential candidates
  • Partner with employment agencies to fill positions based on the needs of the organization
  • Submit weekly temp employee hours; generate weekly hours reports; invoice approval
  • Track, monitor, and report on the progress of recruitment efforts to budgeted headcount
  • Coordinate, maintain, and generate Human Resources related files and records, maintaining both hard and digital copies
  • Input, process, and/or maintain information for new hires ensuring timely completion of all documentation
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries/requests as needed or re-direct to the appropriate person on the team
  • Distribute documentation such as status forms for employee information changes to title, status, pay, department, address, etc.

What you'll bring to the Bilingual HR Generalist job:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • 1+ years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
  • Ability to comprehend policies as they apply internally as well as relative to labor laws
  • Professional, team player with a positive attitude and proactive mindset
  • Strong understanding and compliance with handling confidential information
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
