Job Description :

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who is passionate about employee development and training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of HR functions while leading and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees' experience
  • Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees' safety
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and conducting investigations

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees' orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience

Training and Development:

  • Design, implement, and oversee training programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps within the organization.
  • Develop training materials and resources, including presentations and manuals.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Performance Management:

  • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Assist managers in setting up development plans and goals for employees.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics and training outcomes.

Employee Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintains TV monitors, service award program and promotes TFFL's recognition program
  • Champions and promotes TFFL's culture through daily employee engagement and interactions with employees inside the plant.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and emerging training technologies.
  • Recommend enhancements to HR processes and training programs to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on training and development.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends or flexible schedule.

Preferred:

  • Certification in HR or training-related certifications.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
