Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Overview: The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Assist managers in addressing performance-related issues.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee development initiatives.
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits and assist with enrollment.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with regulations.
- HR Projects:
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in law firm or corporate services
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
