We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join us in supporting our growing Mesa, AZ location.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with management to ensure the development of a strong culture reflective of SV's values and vision
  • Works with departmental managers to understand and identify specific talent needs and priorities and recruits qualified candidates
  • Plans, organizes and participates in college campus and other job fairs
  • Manages onboarding and orientation process for new employees
  • Implements and coordinates employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Handles inquiries from applicants, employees and management, referring complex matters to the appropriate staff
  • Effectively and fairly handles employee relations issues, consistent with all applicable labor laws and the company's values; researches employee problems and recommends, develops and implements solution
  • Keeps abreast of all federal and state laws that affect human resources management and complies with legal and regulatory reporting requirements
  • Utilizes technology and creative problem solving to streamline work
  • Assists with other department functions or projects as assigned/required
  • Collaborates and communicates with the main HR office in West Palm Beach, FL

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • A high degree of integrity and personal responsibility
  • Professional demeanor and diplomacy
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and able to prioritize appropriately
