Human Resources Generalist - Autokiniton : Job Details

• Support the Company's mission, vision, values, and goals in the performance of daily activities.
• Maintain positive Associate relations through effective communication and attention to Associate concerns.
• Provide support to hourly and salaried Associates on company policies and procedures.
• Recruit and Onboarding of all new hire candidates.
• Lead Employee Engagement activities.
• Team with EHS Manager and promote all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
• This role is part of a two-member Plant HR Team reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Human Resources within a manufacturing environment; automotive industry a plus.
• Demonstrate experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, Orientation, Employee Engagement, Benefits, LOA, Retention Management, HR Reporting, Payroll, and some Employee Relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; automotive experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal/written communication with internal and external customers and organizational, analytical skills.
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred or in-process.
• Proficiency with MSOffice, HRIS, ATS, 3rd-Party HR Vendors (LOA, Unemployment, Background Screening, E-Verify).
