Position Type: Administration - Operational/Human Resources Generalist Date Posted: 11/11/2024 Location: District Office Closing Date: 11/26/2024 The Cumberland Valley School District, a leader in public education in Pennsylvania, seeks a highly qualified candidate for the position of Human Resources Generalist. Responsibilities include performing day to day tasks within the HR Department supporting employment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a degree in a related field with a PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification. Requisite experience will be considered in lieu of certication. In addition, proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs is required. The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, the capability to analyze data and provide recommendations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision. Salary minimum $55,251; offer commensurate with experience. If hired for employment, the applicant must be able to submit the following:
