What your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR support at a non-union manufacturing facility, providing guidance on employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.
- Lead the recruitment process for hourly production roles, managing job postings, candidate selection, and internal bid processes.
- Administer benefits programs, performance management systems, and onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain HRIS data and support reporting needs while ensuring accurate recordkeeping for audits and compliance.

What's required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (PHR certification preferred).
- At least two years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with HR systems, such as WorkDay, and a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
