Overview:
The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting human resources functions. This position focuses on employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce development, ensuring alignment with company goals and federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Oversee HR compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Administer employee benefits and payroll coordination.
Support performance management processes, including reviews and goal-setting.
Implement training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in the transportation or Automotive sector.
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
