Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives across the organization. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to foster a positive workplace environment and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
  • Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems effectively.
  • Support managers with performance review processes, including goal setting and feedback discussions.
  • Address performance concerns and guide managers on improvement plans when necessary.
  • Coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Promote professional development opportunities and track progress.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and retention programs.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to assist in decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our South Jordan office 3 days per week.
