- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with proven expertise in policy development and ensuring compliance.
- Bi-Lingual generalist with manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including ISO, GMPs, USDA, and food safety/defense protocols.

Summary:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies and employment laws.
- Analyze current policies, ensure compliance with HR laws, and create/update HR document templates in collaboration with the team.
- Partner with management to address employee relations issues, implement corrective actions, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage administrative tasks such as onboarding, new hire orientations, exit interviews, and maintaining HRIS records with precision and compliance.
- Administer pre-employment and post-accident drug testing.
- Handle wage and employment verifications for external agencies.
- Provide benefits administration support and employee education on available programs.
- Prepare accurate reports and HR data as requested.
