Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR policies and best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including HRIS data management and personnel files.
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews, goal-setting, and development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational goals.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and assist with audits or investigations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (Kronos/UKG) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
