Here, your days will fly by as you make a significant impact on our business. We're searching for a quick learner with a strong background in recruiting to join our HR team. As our HR Generalist, you'll be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts and onboarding success.

• Recruitment & Hiring: Source, screen, and interview top talent to meet our growing needs.
• Onboarding Excellence: Ensure every new hire feels welcomed, trained, and equipped to succeed.
• HR Compliance: Stay on top of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure smooth operations.
• Employee Engagement: Help foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Take ownership of key HR processes with the support of an experienced HR Manager.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in a generalist HR role, focusing on recruitment and onboarding is required.
• Education: A 2-year degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Skills: Outstanding communication (face to face, email, and telephone), organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (iSolved experience is a plus).

• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience.
