Human Resources Generalist - Allied Resources Technical Consultants : Job Details

Allied Resources is seeking an HR Generalist to join a clean energy project in Harrisburg, PA. This position is ideal for HR professionals with a background in regulated industries who thrive under pressure and excel in a variety of HR functions. The roles will provide support to the HR department and Director, working on projects related to benefits, recruiting, compensation, and safety programs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support HR initiatives, including benefits administration, recruiting, compensation, and safety programs, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist with onboarding and acclimating new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide direct support to the HR Director on a variety of projects and during peak times of need.
• Collaborate with labor unions to address employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 2+ years of HR experience; experience working with labor unions is preferred.
• Experience with onboarding and general HR functions.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to work effectively under pressure.
