Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Location: Montebello, NY Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE Position OverviewThe Human Resources Generalist will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. This role is crucial in ensuring that the HR department operates smoothly and effectively, supporting the overall organizational goals.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Administer payroll functions accurately and on time using ADP
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Support performance management processes and employee development
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Proficient in payroll systems, particularly ADP
• Strong understanding of HR policies and employment laws
• Small company experience preferred
