We believe in partnering with others who share these values and understand their importance.Job DescriptionTitle: Human Resources GeneralistOverviewThe Human Resources Generalist provides assistance with the human resource process. This role provides administrative support to the human resources function as needed including record keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Employee Communications:
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of internal HR communications
  • Support the creation and distribution of HR-related updates and announcements
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, processes, and general inquiries
Workday Profile Management:
  • Assist with the maintenance of employee records, including personal information
  • Support the integration of new employees into the system and assist with employee data corrections
  • Assist with compensation audits and reporting to ensure accurate payroll processing
Manage HR Calendar of Key Dates:
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Total Rewards to manage and maintain the HR calendar of key dates, including important deadlines for performance reviews, goal-setting periods, and other HR initiatives.
  • Track and notify HR of upcoming milestones and events to ensure timely action.
Support Employee Events and Employee Milestones:
  • Coordinate logistics for employee events, including company-wide celebrations, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in organizing office event milestones, such as anniversaries, birthdays, and other employee recognition moments.
  • Track and report on employee participation in various programs such as wellness initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
  • Assist with the coordination of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Help employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general questions.
  • Support the annual open enrollment process by preparing materials and assisting with communication to employees.
Support Employee Life Cycle:
  • Lead the onboarding process, preparing and auditing new hire business processes, and liaising with IT and Facilities teams in regards to new hire set-up
  • Manage 30/90 New Hire check-ins calendar and facilitate junior level new hires.
  • Coordinate employee exit procedure, collaborating with IT, Payroll, and Security teams to ensure access cancellation and the return of employee equipment
  • Maintain and update company organizational charts
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Human Resources experience required, ideally in the generalist function
  • Must be able to keep a high level of confidentiality as it pertains to candidate and employee information
  • Able to take direction but also to be proactive and take initiative
  • Must be very organized and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of compensation, benefits, and HR policies
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
