Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and administering a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training. The HR Generalist will work closely with management and employees to ensure a positive work environment, drive organizational goals, and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other talent sources.
  • Act as the first point of contact to deal with employee relations
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Support the performance appraisal process, including guiding managers on evaluations and feedback.
  • Help maintain training records and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training compliance).
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Bilingual (Chinese and English)

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR functions and practices (e.g., recruitment, performance management, employee relations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
  • Bilingual (Chinese and English)

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
