Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Generalist role located in Jackson, MI. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, benefits administration, and overall HR management in the organization.

• Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
