What You'll Do:

As our HR Generalist, you'll be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, playing a key role in supporting our HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance and timely processes.
• Day-to-Day administration of internal benefits programs, leading orientations, and addressing employee inquiries.
• Managing employee records and filing systems.
• Handling FMLA/ADA processes and ensuring proper documentation is completed within deadlines.
• Internal recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting pre-screening interviews.
• Providing clear explanations of company policies and procedures.
• Coordinating employee programs like Health and Wellness, Employee Recognition, and Continuing Education.

Who You Are:

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. You are a self-starter who can work independently, but also value collaboration within a supportive team. Key qualifications include:

• At least 3 years of HR experience; SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
• Experience with FMLA/ADA administration and benefits management.
• Previous recruiting experience
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software.
