💵 Pay Rate: $35-40/hr. on W2

🕒 Schedule:

• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Choose 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Monday & Wednesday: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, handling investigations, and addressing HR-related questions.
• Support the leadership team with disciplinary action processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Lead engagement and incentive programs to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Collaborate on HR processes like attendance, engagement, and recruiting to support non-union employees.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations. Supply-chain, manufacturing, or distribution experience is highly preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.
• Effective project management, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about employee engagement and relations.
