Human Resources Information System Analyst - Motion Recruitment : Job Details

Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire an HRIS Analyst. This role is fully remote and will align to the PST time zone.

*This job is a 9-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!*

As an HRIS Analyst you will be part of the hands-on technical configuration and implementation of an Applicant Tracking System. Ideal candidates have experience in Talent Acquisition Systems and bring an understanding of talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Avature system configurations
• Facilitate and assist with planning of requirements sessions to capture business and system requirements
• Oversee integrations with internal and external platforms
• Provide training and support to users and business stakeholders
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Talent Acquisition System configuration processes

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of experience with ATS Implementation
• Working experience with Avature and iCIMS highly valued
• Prior experience in the Tech, FinTech, or SaaS industries highly preferred!
