Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workday Administrator to join our local law enforcement agency's IT team onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in their ERP system transition from PeopleSoft to Workday, contributing to the implementation, integrations, and configuration of various Workday modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the implementation team responsible for configuring Workday modules including HR, Payroll, Budget, Recruiting, AR/AP, and Finance.
- Assist in the removal of the existing ERP system (PeopleSoft).
- Collaborate with implementers handling 75% of integrations, providing support and guidance on Workday integrations. (I'd like to highlight that the resource will be developing and testing Workday integrations.)
- Utilize Workday Prism for reporting and data analysis.
- Provide training and support to team members on Workday integrations.
- Contribute to a small percentage of configuration tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday.
- Experience using Workday Prism for reporting
- Experience doing integrations within Workday
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of an implementation team. (Can we reword to make sure they have experience with being a part of an implementation team for Workday?)
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience transitioning from legacy systems to Workday.
- Excellent communication and training skills to support and educate team members.
- Local candidates preferred.
