About the Role

Join Coesia, a global leader in innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions, as a Human Resources Co-Op. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR while supporting a group of companies that lead in automation solutions across industries like Consumer Goods, Healthcare & Pharma, and Aerospace. Headquartered in Bologna, Italy, Coesia operates globally and partners with top players in multiple sectors. As an HR Co-Op, you will be instrumental in helping the HR team foster talent and enhance organizational growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

********This is a full-time co op position for the Spring 2025 semester! Please ONLY apply if you are able to work full-time hours in the Spring of 2025*******

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding by posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing new hire documents.
  • Assist with employee relations, including engagement initiatives and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and HR system updates.
  • Coordinate training programs and track employee progress.
  • Ensure HR compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity, wellness, and process improvements.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Masters degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus but not required.
