Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 HourlyLocation : Colleyville, TXJob Type: TEMPORARY - LABOR POOLJob Number: 2025-04Department: HUMAN RESOURCESOpening Date: 03/13/2025Closing Date: Continuous Summary of Position Under direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the purpose of this position is to provide technical and/or administrative support for a variety of departmental functions including but not limited to: recruitment, selection, benefits, wellness, classification and compensation, risk management, and records management. • Assists with various human resources management functions including recruitment, selection, benefits, wellness, compensation, risk management, and records management.
• Provides research support, assemble information, compile statistics, and prepare reports.
• Maintains good employee relations through timely and accurate response to questions and concerns; responds to sensitive issues while maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
• Regular and timely attendance are required for this position.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be in the process of acquiring a Bachelor's Degree with completion of at least 90 credit hours in Human Resources or closely related field.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Texas Driver's License.
