Sodexo is seeking an engaging human resource professional to join **t** he team as a **Human Resources Manager** 2 at **UTMB Galveston** located in **Galveston, TX** .

**What You'll Do**

+ will support human resources functions for about 300 environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors, and frontline employees across 3 locations;

+ manage training and development, performance appraisals, coaching, and employee relations investigations with a focus on initiatives to drive retention and employee engagement;

+ possess knowledge of state and federal HR laws; and/or

+ understand and respect sensitive and confidential information.

**Qualifications & Requirements**

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year of HR experience
