Human Resources Manager - Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) : Job Details

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Human Resources Manager to work in the Toledo, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits including bonus potential, health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Our client is a manufacturer that is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager with union experience. This individual will be responsible for 2 direct reports, along with overseeing 250+ employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruits, interviews and hires production and salary employees.

Conducting new hire orientations

Administers the collective agreement with the union, handles grievances and labor relations matters

Addressing employee complaints

Provides quantitative information to Plant Controller for budgeting/forecasting labor expenses

Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Human Resources Management or related field from an accredited college or university

Proficient in all Federal and State / Provincial employment and local Workers Compensation laws

Previous supervisory experience required

Human Resources Certification preferred (PHR / SHRM)
