- Lead technical recruitment efforts for engineering positions (front-end, back-end, full-stack, DevOps).
- Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing through multiple channels.
- Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements.
- Facilitate technical assessments and interviews.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Create compelling job descriptions
