Manufacturing company needs an Human Resources Manager. The company, which employs engineers, scientists, and many hourly personnel, needs someone to perform general HR oversight. Your duties will include:
- Implementation of company policies and procedures
- Employee relations and recruitment
- Promote positive plant culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Compensation, benefits administration, performance reporting
- Management of employee on-the-job training
- Coaching and counseling
- Employee law compliance and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources management strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, especially one that employs hourly workers, is required.
- Should be very experienced with HRIS systems, and for generating reports.
- Bilingual Spanish-English is preferred, but not a must.
