This position is onsite with 1 remote day based upon business needs.Perks & Benefits: Competitive biweekly payComprehensive benefits including health, dental, and retirement plansGenerous paid time off (PTO) and holidaysAssociate shopping discountCelebratory activitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesFree training and development programs Your Typical Day: Align people and organizational strategies with business & mission objectives.Serve as an active member of the Senior Leadership Team, partnering with organizational leaders to ensure strategic business partnership and consultation to drive business results.Lead people initiatives that align with long-term business goals and drive change across the organization.Demonstrate HR subject matter expertise in the day-to-day management of Human Capital tactical initiatives.Provide day-to-day coaching on employee relations, people interventions, investigations, and actions.Champion people programs around safety & workers comp, OFCCP, talent engagement, DEIB, training and benefit education.Provide insights into talent strategy, talent metrics, and market labor trends to influence business decisions.Utilize data and analytic insights to drive people decisions and measure the impact of people initiatives.Actively make recommendations and participate in organizational design & culture initiatives.Partner with Mission, HR, Training and department leadership to maximize employment and training resources.Support compliance with annual reporting requirements with EEO1, BLS, ACA, AAP, DOT, & DOL. What You'll Need: Ability to position yourself as a trusted partner and adviser in all things People related.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial & Organizational Development, or a related field;Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources and 5 years of previous experience leading & developing teams.Thorough understanding of HR functional disciplines to include talent acquisition, HRIS, benefits, payroll, talent development, engagement, and applicable state and federal laws.Proficiency with HRIS (ADP, Oracle, etc.) and ATS systems, with strong reporting and analytical skills.Valid driver's license, personal insurance, and ability to be insured under the company's vehicle insurance policy.Ability to travel within our territory and select domestic events.Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Active knowledge of State and Federal laws and OFCCP regulations.Adherence to all confidentiality policies, including HIPAA regulations.Dedication to fulfilling the organization's mission through assigned duties.Highly motivated and responsible with strong time management abilities.SHRM or HCRI certification highly desired.
