Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at American Screening Corporation. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding new staff, developing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
  • HR Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Experience in onboarding and training new employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Experience in the medical or manufacturing industry is beneficial
