Role Description

This is a full-time role as a human resources manager at PsynergyHealth. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development program management
• Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with remote employees
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience as a Human Resources Manager is also preferred
