Job Description :

The employees of the Service Corporation support the mission of ColumbiaDoctors to help facilitate the delivery of world-class, patient-centered care by one of the top healthcare provider networks.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall hiring/onboarding team in collaboration with Team Lead.
  • Oversee the new hire process ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Ensure HR Onboarding Assistants are compliant with the New Hire process and all stages in ATS.
  • Manages the New Hire onboarding processing including providing updates to departments as needed.
  • New Hire process: responsible for the Team's timely submittal of the following: billing compliance data, CU persona non-grata, to CU office and maintaining data on clearances from CU (Persona non-grata, billing compliance, and eligibility of hire)
  • HIPAA & Chaperone training compliance.
  • Oversight for processing drug screening, PPD testing, Article28, if applicable for new hires.
  • First-level approval for Offer Letters to ensure accuracy with New Hire Request Form
  • Review of the New Hire Audit report from the Senior HR Specialist if needed for escalated items
  • Partner with HR Operations Specialist and Onboarding Team Lead when needed

Required Skills:

  • Effective communication and customer service skills with comfortability with public speaking.
  • Strong focus on attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong performance and conflict management skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and ADP Reporting.
  • Conforms to all applicable HIPAA, Billing compliance, and safety guidelines.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Adequately leads and manages the HR Onboarding activities to support the company's strategic goals and workforce needs.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree / may be substituted with the equivalent experience BA/BS in HR or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years of Supervisory experience required
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with ATS & HRIS systems
  • Must possess considerable knowledge of HR policies and principles
